Purposes and legal basis of data processing

Data transfer

    Retention period

We store contractual data for longer, as we are obliged to do so by legal regulations. Such retention obligations result from regulations on registration law, on accounting and from tax law. According to these regulations, business communication, concluded contracts and accounting vouchers must be stored for up to 10 years. As long as we no longer need such data from you for the performance of the services, the data will be blocked. In this case, we will only use the data for accounting and tax purposes.

Profiling

3.  Individual data processing operations on our website

Provision of the website and creation of log files

When you access our website, the provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to us. These are:

  • Date and time of the server request

This data cannot be assigned to a specific person and it is not merged with other data sources.
